Do you think the Bahraini market needs this huge number of real estate projects?
At present, supply is greater than demand. The real estate market has ushered into a new era after the end of old-fashioned random real estate development. The real estate industry has moved into a new creative premium quality concept of development which provides clients with their needs and expectations within their financial abilities in terms of purchasing or leasing, which is in close harmony with Bahrain’s Vision 2030 in providing a quality real estate product which enhances an ultimate luxurious lifestyle and a vital community pattern of living, thus establishing a key pillar of the economic growth of the Kingdom.
What are your views and prospects of real estate market in launching Fontana Infinity?
In fact, when we launched the project by the end of 2016, there were major market variances, represented in oil prices decrease, electricity bills increase, and excess real estate projects. There was a real tough challenge of making and developing a real estate product which satisfies clients’ needs and expectations through provision of superior services & amenities, stunning sea views, superb locations, attractive designs and real estate properties with cost efficiency in electricity and water consumption; a product with a totally different modern concept offering a multicultural community in tall residential towers.
