Safety & Security

The safety and security of all residents is Royal Ambassador’s major priority in managing buildings such as Fontana Towers. Royal Ambassador has established a professional and well-trained team of staff and technicians to ensure maximum safety compliance at all times within buildings. Safety and security precautions will be even enhanced from time to time to ensure low risk levels and make all residents to feel safe and comfortable during their stay in the building.

Royal Ambassador has also installed and set-up the following security and life safety systems:

  1. Fire Fighting Systems.
  2. CCTV Cameras around the building.
  3. 24-Hour Security On-Duty.
  4. 24-Hour Front Desk Assistance.
  5. Secured Car Parking.
  6. Wing Gates at the entrance of lifts, ground floor.
  7. Biometric System.
  8. Automatic Number Plate Recognition System.
  9. Card Key and RFID System.

A well-designed safety plan has also been prepared for all residents, including the building staff, to educate them about the basic precautions and procedures for life safety.
